The Net Store Online Suite is hosted and managed at the secure Net Store Online host site located at Interhouse, Docklands. The server site has established a high-security system that includes 24 x 7 monitoring by on-site personnel, video camera surveillance and a security breach alarm. Access to server equipment is by a secure PAC key. The Interhouse building and facilities are totally secure, both from the outside world and between customers in the data centre. Only Net Store Online nominated personnel and Interhouse staff can access the server area which is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
All hosting servers operate on an uninterrupted power supply that in the event of power loss would continue operation and withstand adverse consequences. Interhouse power supplies are constructed with very high capacity, stability and reliability. The Interhouse facility has a 2-Megawatt power supply per floor, backed up by dedicated UPS systems plus two further diverse mains supplies with circuit breaker protection for each server rack. An on-site generator can deal with both server and plant load whilst recharging the UPS.

The statistics service offered by Net Store Online provides you with a number of different methods of viewing your website's activity levels. Everytime a person views one of your web pages an entry is recorded in our database. This information is then analysed and can be viewed in many ways including graphs and pie charts.
Net Store Online's statistics are an invaluable resource to aid with the marketing of your website. Results can be found accourding to, most popular pages, busiest time of day, number of hits, number of visitors etc. If a marketing campaign contains your web address it can be determined how successfull that marketing campaign was through the on-line statistics. |
